3.1 Our Commitment to Creative Excellence
We know that a dried-out marker or a frayed brush can ruin a masterpiece. Our “Perfect-Stroke” policy ensures your tools are as ready as your imagination.
3.2 Eligibility for Returns (The “Unused” Standard)
Due to the consumable nature of art supplies, returns are subject to the following:
- Seal Integrity: Paints, inks, and markers must have their factory seals intact. Once a pen is “tested” or a tube of paint is opened, it is ineligible for return.
- Paper & Canvases: Paper pads must have all sheets present. Canvases must be returned in their original shrink-wrap to prevent surface oils from contaminating the priming.
- The “Dry-Check” Guarantee: If a technical pen or marker arrives dry out of the box, it must be reported within 24 hours for an immediate replacement.
3.3 Refund Velocity
- Approved Returns: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: We offer “Studio Credit” for artists who wish to swap mediums (e.g., exchanging Oil for Acrylic) provided the items are unopened
